Our role is to bring different parts of the market together in a shared vision for a built environment that delivers on a holistic sustainable front: environmentally, socially and economically.
It’s not a space other agencies operate in. Livable Communities provides a full suite of real estate agency services to vendors, buyers and developers, from site identification, acquisition, DA-support and project marketing services.
The difference is we do this, and more, with an open preference to work with developers committed to striving for world’s best sustainable building practices and design.
We all have a role in reducing carbon and methane in the atmosphere: 300 parts per million is recognised as a sustainable carbon threshold.
